Yes, it is in English... though I must say its dubbing seems like it will be competing with Infinite Undiscovery for cheesiest English voices of the year award. Thankfully, it's supposedly retaining its Japanese audio track, unlike IU (murderous glare at Square Enix).
However, all that purdy cell shading is safely in tact and ready to add a much-needed dose of JRPGing to the PS3 next month. Too bad they couldn't make the trailer very interesting...
Dear Sega: You have a unique-looking game here that has some real potential. Stop treating it like you don't give a crap about it. Also, fail less. Sincerely, RPG fans everywhere.
Valkyria Chronicles will be available on PlayStation 3 in Europe on October 31, 2009, and in North America on November 04, 2009.
