The screen shows 12 party members in total, but we have been told there will be 18 characters all together, and more that don't actually join your team, but will still fight with you.In the shot you'll notice a few already revealed characters that are missing, including Sigmund and Gustav (Aya's "pet" bear), so including them, that would bring the currently revealed playable cast up to 14.
Capell, Aya, Mirche (who will aparently be called "Michelle" in the English version), Eugene, Eduardo, Luka, Roka, and Balbagan are all present and accounted for. Also included is a white haired character who has been revealed in previous media as Toma, though we still have no specific details on him yet. Additionally, a green haired guy (strongly resembling Rufus from Valkyrie Profile 2), a tall, blonde female (I think), and a dark haired girl (who's outfit and style lead me to believe she is a ninja of sorts) are also present.
I hate to sound like a broken record, but this game just looks better everytime I see it. The kunoichi character alone has pushed my excitement for this game over the top.
