In order to tide you over, however, I have translated the character description's for previously revealed Eirmat P. Thanatos and the newly revealed Sara Jerand. Enjoy!
Eirmat P. Thanatos"The course of events... Sometimes acting on a whim is not a bad idea."
The commanding officer of the Eldarian 13th Independent Armored Force, Eirmat has survived many close encounters with death, and fearlessly leads an elite troop of fighters that are highly specialized in war, even among the army. Though he hails from the same planet as Faize, his command of an independent force has prevented him from interacting much with other organizations.
Eirmat is generally uncooperative, loathes traitors, and rarely trusts others, but he has a strong sense of responsibility, which has earned him the unwavering trust of his subordinates.
In battle he weilds an enormous laser scythe, almost as tall as he is.
Sara Jerand"With you all here, I feel like I might be able to fly!"
A young woman of the Featherfolk from Roak, Sara possesses a grand set of wings, but for some reason is the only Featherfolk unable to fly. Tidy and full of love, she has the personality of a holy mother who cares for everyone.
Interestingly, she has the same first name as a Featherfolk character from the original Star Ocean. Coincidence?
Star Ocean 4: The Last Hope will be available on Xbox 360 on February 19, 2009 in Japan, February 24, 2009 in North America, and April 24, 2009 in Europe.
