Following the adventures of the young Peekay Boajeel (at least, that's as close as I can make the English look like the Japanese sounds) as he stumbles into the magical kingdom of Anfiria. ...Well, maybe the term "magical" is a bit misleading. It looks actually like an odd hybrid of the modern-ish world with steampunk and fantasy themes sprinkled in. If you can think along the lines of Steambot Chronicles, you shouldn't be far off.
The game is reportedly a combination of an adventure game and an RPG. However, in practice, the game looks (to me at least) like a mix of the Atelier series (with alchemy item creation) and Rune Factory.
This is an interesting game coming from 5pb., as they usually only publish graphic novel-type games. I suppose we'll see how they do at RPGaming.
The game is set to release in Japan on Nintendo DS sometime next February.
You can see the Famitsu scans below. I will translate the article if there is enough interest.

I wonder if that's supposed to be Link in the second scan, middle row, second from the right. :) Anyway it seems like this sleek, old-school anime kind of character design is popping up in a lot of Japanese games lately. I approve.
Oh, I didn't even notice that guy until you pointed him out! It says his name is Johannes, and he is definitely some kind of Link impostor. :D
