RPGamer.com is just wrapping up their annual Run to the Sun event, where they make rounds to most (if not all) of the North American RPG publishers in California. During their visit to NIS America, they reported that while the company could not confirm an official connection with the title, NISA had an import copy of Atelier Rorona: Arland no Renkinjutsushi to demo.Atelier Rorona is the first of the Atelier series to make the jump to 7th generation consoles, and the first Gust title to use full 3D graphics. It was released in Japan last month on June 25, 2009.
This is not an official confirmation, but it seems highly suspicious for a publisher to demo a game that they have no connection with. However, given NIS's typical localization speed, I wouldn't hold my breath for a 2009 release if I were you.
