Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find the full scan of this article, but this blurry scan of the recent Star Ocean 4 Famitsu article has revealed a new character: Welch Vineyard.Aside from the hilarious name, Welch appears to be a support character who assists the crew in the Calnus from SRF headquarters on Earth. She appears to play a role in Item Creation, though exactly what that role is remains vague.
I will translate the full article once a full, legible scan surfaces.
Star Ocean 4: The Last Hope will be available on Xbox 360 on February 19, 2009 in Japan, and on March 3, 2009 in North America.
